Description
Job Summary:
Long Term Care Registered Nurse in Indianapolis, Indiana. This role involves providing comprehensive nursing care to patients in a long-term care setting, utilizing critical thinking and clinical skills to ensure safe and effective delivery of care. The nurse will be accountable for caring for patients according to hospital policies, supervising assigned personnel, and maintaining clinical competencies through ongoing education.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Day shifts, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: Valid Indiana or multi-state compact Registered Nurse (RN) license; ACLS and BLS certifications from the American Heart Association; vent/trach experience; 2 years recent Telemetry or Long Term Acute Care (LTAC) experience in a hospital setting; minimum of 2 years of clinical experience.

- Additional Information: Must use the template provided for submission; attachments such as certifications, SSN, date of birth, and vendor submittal packet are required. Candidates must have recent Telemetry or LTAC experience in a hospital environment.
