Job Summary:
Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Progressive Care Unit (PCU) in Irving, TX. This position involves providing high-quality care in a 11-bed unit with a focus on telemetry interpretation and post-sheath hematoma management. The role requires collaborating with a skilled team in a fast-paced environment focused on patient safety and care excellence.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Day shift, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Candidates must have at least 2 years of experience working as a Registered Nurse in a Progressive Care Unit or higher level of care, an active nursing license, and proficiency in telemetry interpretation.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with critical cardiac drips and post-sheath hematoma management is advantageous.
• Additional Information: The unit utilizes bedside vital signs machines in each room and Meditech electronic medical records. Staff may float to medical surgical units as needed. The unit prioritizes team players with excellent communication, attitude, and customer service skills.
