Job Summary:
Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) Nurse in Salem, Virginia. This role involves providing specialized care to neonatal patients in a dedicated intensive care environment. The position requires expertise in neonatal critical care and adherence to hospital protocols to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Job Details:

Shift Schedule: Nights, 12 hours shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week.
Required Qualifications: Certification(s) as determined by the organization, minimum of 3 years of neonatal intensive care experience, current licensure in Virginia, and a minimum of one year of recent relevant clinical experience.
Preferred Qualifications: Additional certifications in neonatal care or pediatric advanced life support are highly desirable.
Additional Information: The role involves delivering direct patient care, monitoring neonatal vital signs, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure quality care standards are met.
