Description
Job Summary:
Electro Physiology (EP) Lab Technologist in Richmond, VA. This position involves supporting a high-functioning EP Lab with a focus on ablations and device procedures. The role requires circulating, monitoring, and scrubbing on complex electrophysiology cases to ensure smooth operations and patient safety.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Days shift, 10 hours per shift, minimum of 40 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: 3 years of electrophysiology experience in ablations and devices, able to circulate, monitor, and scrub in EP procedures; certifications in RN, RCIS, or RCES; minimum of 0 years of experience; Virginia state license or eligibility to work in the US
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in a high-volume EP Lab environment, familiarity with Phillips EP equipment; strong professional demeanor suited for a fast-paced setting
- Additional Information: The position is located on the 3rd floor of an EP Lab that performs approximately 600 ablations annually, equipped with three Phillips EP rooms and staffed by 15 EP professionals, including registered nurses and specialist technicians. Dress code is navy blue scrubs, supplied by the organization. Attendance and professionalism are essential.
