Description
Job Summary
Laparoscopic Labor and Delivery Nurse located in a healthcare facility. This role involves providing specialized care to patients in the Labor, Delivery, Recovery, and Postpartum Unit. The nurse will coordinate and implement patient care, ensuring safety, quality, and adherence to standards while supporting patients and their families throughout the childbirth process.
Job Details
- Schedule: Nights shift from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, totaling 12 hours per shift, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: Current New Mexico Registered Nurse (RN) license or current Compact state license, BLS certification from AHA, ACLS certification from AHA, NRP certification, AWHONN intermediate certification, and a stable license.
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience in Labor and Delivery Department, minimum of 2 years of relevant clinical experience, additional nursing certifications such as B.S.N. or MSN levels considered for higher clinical ladder levels.
- Additional Information: The position is a full-time backfill vacancy for two nurses, with an immediate start date of 09/21/2026 and ending on 12/21/2026.
