Job Summary:
Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit (ICU) registered nurse position in Plano, Texas. This role involves providing specialized care to critically ill patients within the ICU setting, following established clinical protocols and standards.
Job Details:
- Shift: Nights, 12 hours per shift, with a minimum of 36 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: Valid nursing license, Bachelor of Science in Nursing or higher degree, current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications, located in or willing to commute to Plano, Texas, with at least 0 years of experience in ICU nursing
- Preferred Qualifications: Additional certifications such as Cardiovascular Patient Care Certification, experience with electronic medical records systems, and familiarity with ICU equipment and procedures
- Additional Information: No specific float requirements; the role involves working in a fast-paced ICU environment with adherence to hospital policies and protocols.
