Job Details:

• Location: Emergency Department, 3901 West 15th Street, Plano, TX 75075
• Shift Schedule: Nights, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Texas Registered Nurse licensure or compact license eligibility; BLS, ACLS, TNCC, PALS certifications; 1 year of emergency nursing experience; ability to work nights and flexible schedule
• Preferred Qualifications: ENPC certification; experience in a Level 1 trauma or comprehensive stroke center; prior experience in an emergency department setting
• Float: Float rotation may be required.
• Additional Information: The emergency department has 38 beds, including trauma bays, burn unit, psychiatric room, and vertical treatment areas. Staffing levels vary based on patient volume and acuity. Candidates must possess a patient-first attitude, flexibility, and the ability to remain calm under pressure. Uniform attire includes royal blue scrubs, preferably branded. This position involves self-scheduling, with four weekend shifts per month, and may include on-call responsibilities.
