Job Summary:
Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Mother/Baby Couplet Care in Greeley, Colorado. This position involves providing comprehensive postpartum and mother-infant care, ensuring patient safety and comfort in a family-centered environment. The RN will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for new mothers and their infants, adhering to organizational and professional standards.
Job Details:
- Position Description: This role assesses, plans, implements, evaluates, and documents nursing care of postpartum patients and their newborns following organizational policies and standards of professional practice. It is accountable for the quality of nursing services delivered directly or through supervision.
- Schedule: Nights shift, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: Must possess a current, valid RN license in the state of practice, BLS (Basic Life Support) certification. Experience in maternity, postpartum, or mother/baby care is preferred but not required.
- Preferred Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Nursing or higher. Professional certification related to maternal and infant care is preferred.
- Additional Information: The RN will provide direct patient care, coordinate with interdisciplinary teams, and complete all documentation accurately and timely. The role may include supervising licensed and non-licensed personnel, participating in patient education, and contributing to quality improvement activities. The start date is 08/24/2026.
