Job Summary:
Emergency Room Registered Nurse (RN) position in Corpus Christi, Texas. This role involves providing high-quality emergency nursing care in a busy ER environment with a focus on neuro and cardiac patient management. Candidates must have at least two years of emergency department experience and be able to work night shifts.

Job Details:

• Location: Corpus Christi, Texas
• Shift Time: Nights
• Shift Hours: 12 hours
• Minimum Hours Per Week: 36 hours
• Required Qualifications: Valid BLS, ACLS, ENPC or PALS certifications; at least 2 years of emergency nursing experience; Texas RN license or appropriate licensing to work in the state; experience in a fast-paced ER setting.
• Preferred Qualifications: Strong knowledge of neuro and cardiac procedures; high energy and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Schedule: Nights, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Additional Information: The unit features a 12-bed emergency department with a patient ratio of 4:1. Typical procedures include STEMI, Stroke/TPA, and RSID. Scrub color preferred is royal blue, but not required. Candidates must adhere to unit policies and dress code. The department boasts a 12-minute door-to-needle TPA time and has incorporated new equipment and technology to support staff.
