Job Summary:
Progressive Care Unit (PCU) Registered Nurse position is based in Glendale, Arizona. The role involves providing direct clinical care to patients on a per shift basis, supervising clinical staff, and ensuring high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care. The position is available for an upcoming assignment starting on August 24, 2026, with a duration of approximately 12 to 14 weeks.

Job Details:

Location: Glendale, AZ
Schedule: Day shifts, 12 hours shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week
Required Qualifications: Certification in nursing, active state license, 1 year of clinical experience in a Progressive Care Unit or similar setting, and compliance with location requirements
Preferred Qualifications: Experience in a high-acuity setting, strong leadership skills, and familiarity with hospital protocols
Additional Information: The Registered Nurse will assess, plan, and implement direct patient care, supervise staff delegation, and support the facility Chief Nursing Officer to maintain high standards of patient safety and care quality. Responsibilities include ensuring staff competency and resource management aligned with clinical needs.
