Job Summary:
Certified Operating Room Technician (ORT CERT) position located in Manchester, New Hampshire. This role involves supporting various surgical procedures within the operating room environment, working with advanced equipment and ensuring compliance with unit policies. The position is suitable for candidates with minimal prior experience and offers a consistent daytime schedule.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Days shift, 10 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Certification as a Certified Operating Room Technician (ORT CERT); BLS certification required for Surgical Technicians; no prior experience required
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with orthopedic procedures, total joints, general surgery, robotics, basic endovascular skills, urology experience, neuro experience preferred for call coverage
• Additional Information:
  • Location: 100 McGregor Street, Manchester, NH 03102-3770
  • Unit information: 10 operating rooms with approximately 50 staff members, including RNs, Surgical Technicians, UAs
  • Typical procedures include orthopedic, robotics, gynecology, urology, vascular, endovascular, and basic neurosurgical cases
  • Equipment used includes DaVinci Robot, Endovascular Suite, Neurospine microscope, hysteroscopy pump
  • Dress code: Scrubs provided for the operating room
  • The assignment involves occasional late stays, overnight shifts on Fridays and Saturdays, and PRN holiday coverage
