Description
Job Summary:
The Labor and Delivery (L&D) nurse position is based in Little Rock, Arkansas. The role involves circulating C-section procedures, with no on-call responsibilities, rotating weekends, and holidays. The position requires heavy weekend shifts and is suited for experienced professionals who meet specific licensure and compliance requirements.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Days shift, 12 hours per shift, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: Must have 2 or more years of experience, recent Electronic Health Record (EHR) system experience, active Compact or Arkansas nursing license, and all compliance documentation submitted two weeks prior to the start date.
- Preferred Qualifications: Level 1 trauma experience is preferred.
- Float: Float rotation may be required.
- Additional Information: This role requires candidates to live at least 100 miles from the facility due to the travel policy and does not accommodate local applicants. Heavy weekend shifts are mandatory, and the candidate must be able to circulate during C-section procedures within the Labor and Delivery department.
