Job Summary:
Emergency Room Nurse in Tulare, California. This role involves delivering coordinated nursing care for patients in the emergency department according to established standards of care and the nursing process. The position includes supervising and directing various levels of nursing staff and coordinating care with other healthcare disciplines to promote patient health and safety.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Evening shift, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred; Emergency Room experience preferred; Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in California required; AHA-BLS or ARC-BLS certification required; AHA-ACLS or ARC-ALS certification required; AHA-PALS or ARC-PALS certification required; AHA-NRP or ARC-NALS certification required
• Preferred Qualifications: Acute care facility experience
• Additional Information: The role requires collecting relevant patient health data, analyzing assessment data to determine diagnosis and care issues, developing and implementing care plans, evaluating progress, collaborating with patients, families, and the healthcare team, and participating in discharge planning. Candidates must be prepared to perform other job-related duties as assigned.
