Job Summary:
Certified Operating Room Technician (ORT CERT) in New London, New Hampshire. This position involves acting as a member of the surgical team with a primary focus on scrubbing in orthopedic, neuro, and total joints procedures. The role requires high proficiency in these specialties within a small department setting. The technician will maintain aseptic technique, assist with OR suite preparation, and ensure the proper use of specialized equipment during surgeries.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Days shift, 10 hours per day, with a minimum of 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Certifications: BLS, NBSTSA, NH Medical Technician Registration Certificate; Education: Current Certified Surgical Technologist (CSpace); Experience: At least 2 years of current CST experience with high proficiency in orthopedics, neuro, and total joints; Location Requirements: Must reside outside 50 miles of the facility; Physical: Must have own vehicle; Additional: All RTO must be included in profile, and scheduling requests must be made at submission.
• Preferred Qualifications: Scrubbing experience in general, ortho, neuro, and endoscopy procedures; supervisory references within the past two years.
• Additional Information: New Hampshire Medical Technician registration can be pending upon offer. The department is small, and limited (None is best) RTO and Holiday RTO are not available. Orientation is non-billable. OT, Holiday, Call-Back pay is at 1.25%. Call time is compensated at 4/hour. All scheduling requests must be made during submission; requests after an offer may be rescinded. The candidate must provide thorough work history and skills checklist.
