Job Summary:
Dialysis Registered Nurse (RN) position available in Scottsbluff, Nebraska. This role involves working varied shifts including days and nights, with responsibilities centered around providing comprehensive dialysis care in a regional healthcare setting. The position requires experience with Cerner and Frefenius-T systems to ensure efficient patient management and treatment delivery.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Days and nights shifts with a minimum of 36 hours per week, each shift lasting 12 hours.
- Required Qualifications: Valid dialysis RN certification, nursing degree from an accredited program, Nebraska state licensure, and at least 1 year of dialysis nursing experience. Experience with Cerner and Frefenius-T clinical systems is mandatory.
- Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience working in a regional dialysis unit and familiarity with low/mid/high performer expectations as part of operational standards.
- Additional Information: This position emphasizes performance during the contract term; if a traveler is not meeting organizational expectations, the contract may be terminated immediately. The role is suited for a motivated RN capable of adapting to varied shifts and operating within a high-performance environment.
