Job Summary:
The ICU (Intensive Care Unit) Registered Nurse position is located in Palo Alto, California. This role involves providing comprehensive, evidence-based critical care to patients within the ICU. The ICU RN will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, ensuring quality and patient safety in a fast-paced environment.

Job Details:

• Shift Schedule: Rotating shift, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Current California Registered Nurse (RN) license, American Heart Association certification for Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers, Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited college or university preferred, 0 years experience required, location in California
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience in critical care or ICU settings is advantageous but not required
• Additional Information: The position requires the ability to rapidly respond to critical situations, follow established protocols, and work effectively as part of a team. Candidate must demonstrate strong communication skills, ability to interpret clinical data, and commitment to ongoing education and professional development.
