Job Summary:
Emergency Room (ER) Registered Nurse (RN) position in Casa Grande, Arizona. This role involves assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care for patients in the emergency department. The RN will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced environment, ensuring safety, efficacy, and compliance with organizational policies and standards of professional nursing practice.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Night shift, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Valid RN license in Arizona or equivalent, BLS certification, current clinical experience in an acute care setting within the past 12 months. An associate degree in nursing is required; a bachelor's degree is preferred. Experience in emergency nursing or related specialty is desired.
• Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in nursing or higher, professional certification in emergency nursing (such as CNS or CEN), additional education or experience in critical care or emergency services.
• Additional Information: The position involves direct patient care in the emergency department, including swift assessment, intervention, and coordination of care for patients with diverse needs. Candidate must demonstrate proficiency in crisis management, effective communication, and teamwork. Clinical performance competencies must be maintained and validated annually.
