Job Summary:
Registered Nurse (RN), Labor and Delivery (L&D) specialty, Nantucket, MA. This position involves providing compassionate and skilled care to women during labor, delivery, and postpartum phases. The role requires flexibility to work in rotating shifts and a commitment to delivering high-quality maternal healthcare services.
Job Details:
- Location: Nantucket, Massachusetts
- Schedule: Rotating shifts, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: Massachusetts RN license, Basic Life Support (BLS), Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP), Epic and postpartum experience, 1 year of relevant experience
- Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience in labor and delivery, familiarity with electronic medical records systems
- Additional Information: The position involves working in a unit that cares for a community population of approximately 15,000 year-round residents, with seasonal spikes up to 100,000 visitors annually. Shared housing is provided at no cost to the candidate.
