Job Summary:
Emergency Room (ER) Registered Nurse position is located in CASA GRANDE, Arizona. This role involves assessing, planning, implementing, evaluating, and documenting nursing care for patients in accordance with organizational policies and professional nursing standards. The RN is responsible for delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced environment, utilizing clinical knowledge and judgment to meet the needs of diverse patient populations.

Job Details:

• Location: CASA GRANDE, AZ 85122
• Schedule: Days shift, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Must possess a current, valid RN license in the state of practice, BLS certification is required. Experience in the clinical area for which he or she is applying is desired. Must maintain clinical performance competencies appropriate to the area in which they work as demonstrated through annual validations. Candidates with experience in an acute care hospital setting within the past 12 months are preferred.
• Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree preferred. Professional certification preferred.
• Additional Information: The RN will perform all functions according to established policies, procedures, regulatory and accreditation requirements, and applicable professional standards. Responsibilities include providing direct patient care, collaborating with the multidisciplinary team, participating in research activities, and contributing to quality improvement initiatives. The role may also involve supervising staff and work flow within the department.
