Job Summary:
The organization is seeking a Medical Surgical with Telemetry nurse for a day shift position in Show Low, Arizona. This role involves providing patient care in a 24-bed unit, with experience in neuro, cardiac, post-operative, orthopedic, and respiratory nursing required. The successful candidate must hold current licensure and certifications, including BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Day shifts, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Valid nursing license, at least 2 years of experience in medical-surgical or telemetry units, current certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), and National Institute of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS)
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience reading strips in neuro, cardiac, post-op, ortho, and respiratory care settings
• Float: Float rotation may be required.
• Additional Information: Must read strips related to neuro, cardiac, post-operative, orthopedic, and respiratory conditions.
