Job Summary:
Certified First Surgical Assistant in Nashville, Tennessee. This full-time position involves supporting surgical procedures primarily in the area of orthopedic and spine surgeries. The role requires adherence to facility policies and collaboration with a skilled surgical team to ensure optimal patient care.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Full-time hours, with 12-hour shifts, including 1-2 late shifts per week. Call rotation includes weekends.
• Required Qualifications: Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) certification, BLS certification, and a minimum of 0 years of experience. Ohio or Tennessee RN license preferred for RN circulator roles.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience in orthopedic and spine service lines is highly desirable. Experience with procedures such as general, bariatric, vascular, urology, gynecology, neuro, ENT, podiatry, bariatric, and robotic surgeries is preferred.
• Float: Typically do not float; however, opportunities may be available in other departments of surgical services within scope during low volume periods.
• Additional Information: The selected candidate will assist in the operation of 5 ORs and 1 cysto room, working with documentation systems such as Meditech. The role involves full compliance with unit-specific policies and guidelines. Uniforms provided at the facility.
