Job Summary:
Telemetry Registered Nurse (RN) Stanford, CA. This role involves providing direct patient care within a high-acuity setting, following evidence-based practices while adhering to hospital policies and regulatory standards. The Telemetry RN collaborates with the healthcare team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, ensuring safety and comfort throughout the patients recovery process.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Night shift; 12-hour shifts; minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: CA Registered Nurse (RN) license; current American Heart Association Certification for Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers. Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited college or university preferred; 0 years of experience required.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience in telemetry or cardiac care settings.
• Additional Information: The RN will monitor cardiac and vital signs, interpret telemetry data, and respond promptly to clinical changes. The role includes patient education, collaboration with physicians, and ensuring the quality of nursing care delivered.
