Job Summary:
Progressive Care Unit (PCU) Registered Nurse position in Casa Grande, Arizona. This role involves assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care for patients within the progressive care setting. The nurse will be responsible for delivering safe, quality patient care in accordance with organizational policies and professional nursing standards.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Days shift, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Must possess a current, valid RN license in the state of practice or a compact RN licensure, BLS certification is required. Experience in a clinical setting is desired; at least one year of experience in an acute care hospital setting within the past 12 months is preferred. No minimum years of experience specified.
• Additional Information: The position involves performing all functions according to established policies, procedures, regulatory and accreditation requirements, and professional standards. The role emphasizes delivering excellent patient outcomes through effective and safe care, participation in professional development activities, and collaboration with healthcare team members.
