Description

Job Summary:
Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse (RN) role located within a clinic in Richland, Washington. This position requires an RN with at least one year of experience, preferably in obstetric emergencies or labor and delivery settings. The RN will be responsible for triaging obstetric emergencies over the phone, responding to inquiries via electronic medical records, and performing clinic duties related to maternity and gynecological care for women.

Job Details:

  • Schedule: 8-hour shifts, minimum of 40 hours per week.
  • Required Qualifications: WA or Compact RN license (license must be in hand within 2 weeks; pending is acceptable as long as applied for). One year of experience in obstetric or labor and delivery nursing. Experience with electronic medical record systems, specifically EPIC, is required.
  • Certifications: BLS (Basic Life Support).
  • Additional Information: Candidates must be able to respond appropriately to obstetric emergencies such as placenta previa, ectopic pregnancy, and pregnancy-induced hypertension. Knowledge of obstetric emergencies and triage procedures are essential. The assignment is scheduled to start on 09/07/2026 for an initial 13-week period. Candidates are expected to work a minimum of three out of five holidays listed (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day). All requests for time off or scheduling must be included at the time of submission. The facility accepts local candidates within a 50-mile radius. Candidates should not contact the facility directly unless scheduled for an interview via the account manager.
