Job Details

• Shift Hours: Days, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Nursing from an accredited university, four (4) years of progressively responsible nursing experience including one year as a nurse educator or equivalent, current California Registered Nurse (CA-RN) license upon hire, Basic Life Support (BLS) certification upon hire
• Preferred Qualifications: Masters degree in Nursing, coursework in curriculum development, adult learning theory, learning needs assessment, and learning outcome measurement from an accredited college or university
• Additional Information: The role includes developing, coordinating, and evaluating onboarding programs, managing competency assessments, designing curricula, supporting professional role development, and fostering a culture of inquiry and continuous improvement. The Nurse Educator I supports interprofessional collaboration and promotes evidence-based nursing practice.
