Description
Job Summary:
Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Progressive Care Unit (PCU) located in CASA GRANDE, Arizona. This role involves assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care for patients in accordance with organizational policies and professional nursing standards. The position requires utilizing clinical knowledge, judgment, and nursing skills to deliver high-quality care tailored to the physical and developmental needs of patients.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Days shift, 12-hour shift hours, minimum of 36 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: Must possess a current, valid RN license in the state of practice. BLS (Basic Life Support) certification is required. Experience in an acute care hospital setting for at least one year within the past 12 months is preferred.
- Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Nursing is preferred. Professional certification related to nursing is advantageous.
- Additional Information: The RN will be responsible for providing direct patient care, assessing patient needs, developing and revising care plans, and collaborating with the healthcare team. The position requires excellent communication skills and adherence to safety and regulatory standards.
