Description

Job Summary:
This Labor and Delivery (L&D) Registered Nurse (RN) position is located in Concord, Massachusetts. The role involves providing specialized maternity care in a department with a mix of triage beds and operating rooms. The RN will work during night shifts with a schedule of 36 hours per week, including every other weekend and holiday. The position requires flexibility to float to postpartum units as needed and features support from the on-shift Clinical Resource Nurse.

Job Details:

  • Location: Concord, Massachusetts
  • Schedule: Nights, 7:00 PM 7:00 AM, 36 or 48 hours per week, with a minimum of 36 hours
  • Required Qualifications: Valid Registered Nurse license; at least 1 year of experience in labor and delivery; Certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP), and fetal monitoring are required; Travel and Charge experience required
  • Preferred Qualifications: Experience with postpartum care and charge responsibilities, supported by clinical experience in a high-acuity setting
  • Additional Information: The department comprises 8 beds, including 6 triage beds and 2 operating rooms. The RN will be required to float to postpartum units as needed, working alongside support from the Clinical Resource Nurse during charge shifts. The start date for this assignment is 08/18/2026.
