Job Summary:
Labor and Delivery Nurse position available in the Department of Labor And Delivery at a facility located in Mission Hills, California. The role involves providing specialized care for neonatal and obstetric patients, supporting delivery procedures, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams. The assignment is scheduled to start on September 14, 2026, with a focus on night shifts.

Job Details:

• Shift Schedule: Nights, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Valid California state license or compact license in hand at submission, ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support), BLS (Basic Life Support), NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program), and AWHONN (Association of Women's Health, Obstetric and Neonatal Nurses) certifications, at least 2 years of experience in Labor and Delivery nursing, and experience circulating for cesarean sections in the operating room.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience at a facility performing a minimum of 200 deliveries per month, previous experience in a Magnet-designated hospital, and the ability to float between like units if required.
• Additional Information: Candidate should be flexible with schedule adherence, including working three of the five major holidays. RTO requests must be included at the time of submission, and candidates must commit to the full duration with no recent background or employment issues. Candidates are expected to have strong skills in patient care for both neonates and adults, and the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
