Job Summary:
Emergency Room Registered Nurse (RN) Warrenton, VA. This role involves providing high-quality emergency care to patients across all age groups in a busy acute care hospital setting. The RN will perform a variety of clinical tasks to ensure optimal patient outcomes, adhering to facility protocols and best practices.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Night shifts with a shift duration of 12 hours, guaranteeing 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Valid RN license, ACLS, PALS, BLS, NIHSS certifications; minimum 5 years of experience as an ER RN; must be self-motivated and self-sufficient, capable of performing all ER tasks including phlebotomy, IV placement, EKG, splinting, wound care, and transporting patients.
• Preferred Qualifications: At least 2 years of experience in a patient-centered environment, with a focus on creating positive patient and family experiences while meeting operational metrics.
• Float: Float rotation may be required rarely, to units appropriate to skill set or as a "set of hands."
• Additional Information: The RN will work in a fast-paced emergency environment serving a diverse patient population. The position is a replacement of permanent staff, with one opening available.
