Job Summary:
Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Medical Surgical (MS) at a healthcare facility located in Ardmore, Oklahoma. The position involves providing patient care on a Medical Surgical floor, working night shifts, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver safe, effective healthcare services.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Nights, 1900-0700; minimum 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Current RN License (Meets the criteria to be eligible for licensure in state of Missouri or currently licensed in the state of Oklahoma), BLS from American Heart Association (AHA); 2+ years of experience, location in Ardmore, Oklahoma
• Preferred Qualifications: ACLS Certification
• Float: Float rotation may be required
• Responsibilities:
  • Collaborates in patient assessment and updates care plans accordingly
  • Administers medications and treatments in accordance with policies
  • Provides education to patients and families regarding care and health maintenance
  • Ensures accurate documentation of care and patient responses
  • Contributes to quality improvement activities and participates in staff meetings
  • Maintains confidentiality and adheres to safety standards
• Additional Information:
  • Provides holistic nursing care to a diverse patient population, including neonatal to geriatric patients
  • Assists with procedures and responds to patient needs promptly
  • Demonstrates effective communication and teamwork
  • Completes all required certifications within the specified orientation period
  • Maintains professional conduct and adheres to organizational policies and safety regulations
