Job Summary:
The Labor and Delivery (L&D) specialty is seeking a qualified healthcare professional for a facility located in Arlington, Texas. This position involves providing high-risk obstetric care, including fetal monitoring and specialized procedures, during night shifts. The role requires adaptability and a collaborative team approach to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Job Details:
- Location: Arlington, Texas
- Shift: Nights, 12 hours per shift
- Schedule: 48 hours per week
- Start Date: 09/07/2026
- Required Qualifications: Certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP); minimum of 1 year travel experience in high-risk labor and delivery, intermediate fetal monitoring skills, and experience with high-risk OB care; high volume experience.
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience in Obstetrics and Gynecology Emergency Department (OBED), high-risk/high-volume experience.
- Additional Information: The role entails managing all high-risk OB procedures, including magnesium and insulin drips, and participating in circulating and scrub roles. Candidates should be team players, comfortable staying busy, and adaptable to unit policies and guidelines.
