Job Summary:
Home Healthcare Nurse in West Des Moines, Iowa. This role involves providing clinical care to patients within a home healthcare setting, contributing professional and clinical skills to support patient well-being. The position may require floating within the same discipline across local areas to meet patient needs.

Job Details:

Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week.
Required Qualifications: 2 years of previous experience, at least 1 travel contract completed preferred, Epic experience required, BLS certification required, Mandatory Reporter certification required, Iowa state license required, Driver's License required, Work history/resume required, Skills checklist completed within 1 year of submission, License verification required, Copy of required certifications, References - 1 supervisory reference required at the time of submission, Must have taxable address outside of 50 miles from the facility.
