Registered Nurse (RN) Float Pool in Medical Surgical (Med Surg) specialty at a healthcare facility located in Joplin, Missouri. The position involves providing patient care across various units, with a focus on post cardiac surgery, cardiac, and general medical patients. Job Details

• Schedule: Days shift, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week, starting on 08/24/2026.
• Required Qualifications: Valid BLS (Basic Life Support) certification; Nursing license in good standing; minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting; experience with electronic medical records (EMR) system EPIC; current practice in Missouri or qualified licensing in the state; excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience in telemedicine is preferred.
• Float: Float rotation may be required as needed; this requirement is non-negotiable.
• Additional Information: The position involves acting as Charge RN if one is unavailable. The ideal candidate will be a patient-focused team player committed to providing compassionate care in a fast-paced environment. Casual dress code with black scrubs is required.
