Job Summary:
The healthcare provider is seeking a Newborn Nursery (NN) specialist for a facility located in Burlington, Vermont. The position involves providing specialized care in a Mother/Baby Couplet Care unit, predominantly working rotating day and night shifts. The role requires flexibility to meet unit needs and patient care priorities.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Rotating day and night shifts; 12 hours per shift; minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) and Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certifications; minimum of 2 years of specialty experience; prior travel experience highly preferred; experience in a large (500+ beds) or teaching facility; recent EPIC electronic medical record system experience within the past 2 years
• Preferred Qualifications: AHA Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS); antepartum experience and willingness to be in a charge role
• Additional Information: IVS to offer; schedule from Monday to Sunday; no block scheduling; bi-weekly orientations on Mondays; must explain all employment gaps over 90 days; complete work history information required including bed count, electronic medical record systems, and facility type
• Travel: No travel required; no float rotation expected
