Job Summary:
Medical Surgical Nurse specialized in Medical Surgical Floor in Lebanon, New Hampshire. This position involves providing comprehensive patient care within a 25-bed hospital setting, focusing on pediatric to geriatric populations. The role requires coordinating patient care activities, organizing and prioritizing responsibilities, and documenting all clinical activities accurately.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Nights shift, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: 3+ years of current Medical Surgical experience, previous travel experience of at least 6 months, active New Hampshire Registered Nurse license or Compact license, American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, American Heart Association Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification, proficiency in Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system EPIC, ability to formulate and revise a plan of care, own vehicle, and successful completion of a skills checklist pertinent to Medical Surgical nursing within the past year.
• Preferred Qualifications: Tele/Progressive Care experience.
• Additional Information: Only candidates able to work night shifts and available for the start date of scheduled assignment will be considered. Placement requires blocking scheduling, with all requests for scheduling made at the time of submission.
