Description
Job Summary:
Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Operating Room (OR) at a healthcare facility in Iowa City, Iowa. This position involves working within a team focused on Urology and Transplant surgeries. The role requires strong skills in Urology and Transplant procedures, with a flexible schedule predominantly during weekdays and some weekend rotation. The position offers a 10-hour shift schedule with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
Job Details:
- Schedule: 10-hour shifts, primarily weekday days, with possible weekend rotation up to once every eight weeks, and a call rotation within the team.
- Required Qualifications: Valid RN license, certification in BLS (Basic Life Support) or equivalent, experience or strong skills in Urology and Transplant procedures, and at least 1 year of relevant clinical experience.
- Preferred Qualifications: Transplant experience and additional certifications related to surgical nursing are desirable.
- Additional Information: The role involves participating in Surgical procedures, adhering to SOPs, and working effectively within a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
