Job Summary
Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse (RN) position in Massachusetts. This role involves providing nursing care in a Labor and Delivery Department at a facility that accommodates eight beds, including six triage beds and two operating rooms. The position requires delivering compassionate, patient-centered care in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on safety and excellence.
Job Details
- Shift: Days, 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., 36 hours per week, with a schedule of 3x12-hour shifts.
- Required Qualifications: Valid Massachusetts RN license (can be applied for once offered), BLS (Basic Life Support), ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support), NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program), fetal monitoring certification, minimum of 3 years of nursing experience in a labor and delivery setting.
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience with travel and charge nurse responsibilities, comfort with working during holidays, and no call required.
- Schedule: 12-hour shifts, working every other weekend and holidays.
- Additional Information: The position requires completing a HWL coversheet. Candidate must have experience with travel and charge responsibilities. No call shift requirement.
