Job Details

• Schedule: Nights, 12 hours shift, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Valid nursing license, ACLS certification, BLS certification, NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification with Cerner experience, 2 years of nursing experience, tele float requirements across all units except M3, helping hands in ER.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with PALS certification, management of dysrhythmias, post-operative cardiac care, cardiac drips with titration, interpretation of dysrhythmias.
• Additional Information: Unit has 27 beds with patient ratios of 1:45. Equipment includes Sigma Spectrum IV pumps, ceiling and portable hoyer lifts, portable cardiac monitors, defibrillators, ECG machine. Electronic health record system utilized is Cerner, with Omnicell for medication management. The patient population includes general medical-surgical, cardiac, dialysis, and post-cardiac procedure cases.
