Job Summary:
A Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Interventional Radiology (IR) in Johnson City, NY. This position involves providing comprehensive nursing care within the IR department, ensuring adherence to all practice standards and regulations while promoting patient-centered care. The RN will assist with assessments, treatments, patient education, and support the interdisciplinary team to deliver safe and effective care.

Job Details:

• Location: Johnson City, NY
• Schedule: Rotating shift, 8 hours shifts, minimum of 40 hours per week, with on-call responsibilities one day per week and every third weekend (Friday at 1630 to Monday at 0730).
• Required Qualifications: Nursing (RN) experience of six (6) months to three (3) years; management experience of zero (0) to three (3) years; five plus (5)+ years of direct experience; collaboration; communication (verbal & written); judgement/critical thinking; organizational understanding; planning (organizing, time management); problem solving; quality; reliability; safety and risk management; current NYS RN license; BLS certification (AHA, HSI, or American Red Cross).
• Preferred Qualifications: Previous clinical nursing experience in an acute care or ambulatory setting; Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing; professional certification in a related nursing specialty; relevant skills certification (i.e., ACLS, PALS, TNCC) as required by the home unit assigned.
• Additional Information: Submission packet must include RS cover sheet, resume, skills checklist, and copies of valid certifications/licenses. Skills required include EPIC proficiency.
