Job Summary:
Labor and Delivery Department nurse position in a vibrant and collaborative healthcare setting. This role involves providing specialized care to women during labor, delivery, and postpartum, with a focus on high-risk and low-risk obstetric patients. Job Details:

• Location: Not specified
• Schedule: Nights shift; 12 hours per shift; minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Licensure in a valid state with a compact license; at least 2 years of experience in labor and delivery, including Epic electronic charting system experience; certifications in BLS, FHM, NRP, AWHONN Intermediate, ACLS (preferred)
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with high-risk labor and delivery, blood and blood product administration, cardioversion/defibrillation, epidural and PCA pumps, wound vac, and high-risk obstetric procedures; demonstrated ability in managing complex obstetric cases
• Additional Information: Candidates must be willing to work three out of five major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, New Year's Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Day); flexibility to float between postpartum and potentially labor and delivery units at nearby facilities is required. Prior experience in high-volume labor and delivery units is preferred. References covering one year within the past three years are required.
