Job Summary:
Progressive Care Unit (PCU) Nurse in Sioux City, Iowa. This position involves providing high-quality patient care within a fast-paced clinical environment. The successful candidate will contribute to the interdisciplinary team, utilizing professional and clinical expertise to manage patient care needs effectively. Flexibility to float within the same discipline across local campuses is expected.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Days shift, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Certifications: BLS (AHA), NIHSS, ACLS (AHA)
• Education Requirements: Not specified
• Experience Requirements: At least 2 years of step-down experience; 0 years minimum experience specified, with first-time traveler candidates accepted
• Locations: Must have a taxable address outside of 50 miles from the facility, except for candidates in Madison, who may be considered with a 10% rate reduction
• Required Qualifications: Valid drivers license, work history/resume, skills checklist completed within 1 year of submission date, license verification, and a supervisory reference at time of submission
• Schedule: 12-hour shifts, 36 hours per week, starting 08/31/2026
• Additional Information:
  • The traveler may be asked to float within the same discipline across local campuses.
  • Call back and on-call details include multipliers and minimum hours.
  • Orientation is scheduled intermittently between January and December.
  • Submission requirements include current certifications, license verification, and references.
