Description
Job Summary:
The Rhode Island-based labor and delivery nurse position involves providing comprehensive nursing care to patients in the labor and delivery department. The role requires direct patient interactions and adherence to hospital philosophies of patient care. The position is scheduled for night shifts and begins on 08/24/2026.
Job Details:
- Location: Warwick, Rhode Island
- Schedule: Night shifts, 12 hours per shift, with a minimum of 36 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: Graduation from an accredited nursing program, a minimum of 2 years of job-related experience or equivalent, current Rhode Island state licensure, BLS certification, BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications, and EPIC experience.
- Preferred Qualifications: EFM certification.
- Additional Information: Responsibilities include providing nursing care for labor and delivery patients, following hospital protocols. Certification in EFM is preferred, and experience with the EPIC electronic health records system is required.
