Description

Job Summary:
The organization is seeking a Medical Surgical (MS) nurse for a night shift position on the medical-surgical floor at a healthcare facility in DamariScotta, Maine. This role involves providing comprehensive patient care within a fast-paced hospital setting to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Job Details:

Position: Medical Surgical (MS) Nurse
Shift: Nights
Schedule: 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week
Start Date: 09/06/2026
Required Qualifications: Certification as a registered nurse, current license in the state of Maine, Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent, and at least 1 year of nursing experience in a clinical environment
Preferred Qualifications: Experience in medical-surgical units and familiarity with electronic medical records systems
Additional Information: The position is a replacement for current staff and involves working on a team with other healthcare professionals. Candidates willing to review with pending state licenses will be considered. Previous experience in the organization and reliability are valued.
