Job Summary:
Medical Surgical Registered Nurse (RN) position located in WATERTOWN, Wisconsin. This role involves providing high-quality patient care on a medical/surgical floor, with a focus on adult patients requiring treatment for conditions such as sepsis, pneumonia, heart failure, and renal failure. The position requires flexibility to float as needed to specialized units, ensuring excellent teamwork and adaptability.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Nights shift from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Valid BLS certification (ACLS preferred), at least 2 years of relevant experience, and current licensure as an RN.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with post-surgical patients and familiarity with equipment such as Baxter IV pumps and GE monitors.
• Additional Information: May occasionally float as a sitter to the Senior Behavioral Health Unit or ICU. The unit has 32 beds, typically staffed with 10-20 patients, with patient ratios of 4-6 per RN. Scrub uniforms in navy blue, royal blue, Caribbean blue, black, or gray are required; undershirts must be black, white, or gray; jackets are mandatory. No hoodies, sweatshirts, or fleece are allowed.
