Job Summary:
Emergency Room Registered Nurse (RN) position in Wilson, North Carolina. This role involves providing high-quality emergency care in a busy ED setting. The nurse will be responsible for managing diverse patient cases, collaborating with healthcare team members, and ensuring efficient patient flow. Job Details:

• Location: Wilson, North Carolina
• Schedule: Nights shift, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Valid licensure as an RN, Associates of Nursing degree, ACLS, BLS, PALS, NIHSS certifications, minimum of 2 years of emergency department experience, located within 60 miles or greater from the facility
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with GE monitors and standard ED equipment, Meditech electronic health record familiarity, team-oriented and positive attitude
• Additional Information:
  • Unit has 26 beds with patient ratios of approximately 1:4-5, flexible depending on acuity levels
  • Common diagnoses include respiratory distress, overdose, CHF, dialysis, and hypertension
  • No float rotation required
