Job Summary:
The organization is seeking a qualified professional for a Trauma Neuro Surgical Intensive Care Unit (ICU) position located in Indianapolis, Indiana. This role involves providing specialized care within a Level 1 Trauma center, handling a patient population that includes trauma, stroke, transplant, and burn cases. The position emphasizes high-acuity patient management in a fast-paced environment requiring clinical excellence and adaptability.

Job Details:

• Location: Indianapolis, Indiana
• Shift: Nights, with a schedule of 12 hours per shift
• Minimum Hours Per Week: 36 hours
• Start Date: 08/24/2026
• Required Qualifications: Certifications, education requirements, degree requirements, location requirements, and at least 0 years of experience.
• Unit Description:
  • Standard patient ratio of 2:1
  • Royal Blue scrubs required
  • Every other weekend rotation
  • Holidays based on unit needs
  • Sunrise charting system used
  • Level 1 Trauma center with stroke, transplant, burn centers
  • Patient population includes MVC, gunshot wounds, stabbings, falls, CVA, craniotomy, aneurysm rupture, EVD, lumbar drains
• Additional Information:
  • The unit is a high-acuity trauma center providing advanced care for complex trauma and neurosurgical cases.
