Job Summary:
Long Term Acute Care (LTAC) Registered Nurse (RN) in Springfield, Oregon. This position involves providing specialized nursing care to adult patients, including some geriatric and rehabilitation patients, in a 42-bed inpatient facility. The RN will deliver patient care following established protocols, ensuring optimal recovery and quality of life for patients across various diagnoses. The role is structured around a day shift with a consistent weekly schedule indicating a strong commitment to patient care.

- Required Qualifications: RN license, Basic Life Support (BLS), 1+ years of experience (excluding new graduates)
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience with the IRF (Inpatient Rehabilitation Facility) setting, Med-Surg background, EPIC electronic health record experience
- Unit Information: 42 beds, patient ratios of 5:1 RN to LPN, CNA 7:1, equipped with EPIC and PYXISEHR systems
- Patient Population: Adults, some geriatric, and rehabilitation patients
- Hiring Profile: Must have skills/experience in LTAC, med-surg, and rehabilitation treatments
- First Day Instructions: Report at 7:00 PM, scrubs of any color, ask for JON WARD, Nurse Manager
- Additional Notes: No local candidates, no LTC experience needed, no new graduates, and no float requirements
- Hiring Profile: For contractor replacement
