Job Summary:
Emergency Room Nurse in Fairfield, Iowa. This position involves providing comprehensive patient care in a fast-paced emergency department setting. The role requires applying nursing skills and knowledge to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient needs, while guiding ancillary staff and educating patients.

Job Details:

• Schedule: 12-hour night shifts, 6:00 PM 6:30 AM, three shifts per week, every other weekend, rotating holidays.
• Required Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing, with current Iowa Registered Nurse license. BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications are required. Two years of experience preferred; no minimum experience required.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience in emergency care or similar fast-paced clinical environments.
• Additional Information: Candidates must complete all health and employment requirements prior to their contract start date, including immunizations, background checks, licensure verification, and certifications.
