Job Summary:
Operating Room Nurse position located in Gardner, Massachusetts. This role involves providing high-quality perioperative patient care, ensuring safety protocols, and collaborating with surgical teams to support surgical procedures. Job Details:

• Schedule: Rotating shift, 10 hours per shift, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. Current Massachusetts registered nurse license. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification must be obtained within 60 days of hire. O.R. nursing experience and CNOR certification are strongly preferred. Ability to function effectively in an environment with competing priorities. Excellent communication skills, ability to multitask, and a positive attitude.
• Preferred Qualifications: O.R. nursing experience and CNOR certification.
• Additional Information: The role involves ensuring compliance with infection control protocols, maintaining sterile fields, accurate documentation, and assisting during surgical procedures. Candidates should be capable of assessing patients' pain levels, administering medications safely, and collaborating with surgical teams to optimize patient outcomes.
