Job Summary
Operating Room (OR) Nurse in Phoenix, AZ. This position involves collaborating with the healthcare team, patients, and families to promote patient health through the delivery of professional nursing care tailored to patients age and condition. The role supports the hospitals goals, values, and regulatory standards, ensuring evidence-based practice and high-quality patient care.

Job Details

  • Location: Arrowhead campus at 19007 N. 67th Avenue, Glendale, AZ 85308, with potential to float between three campuses: Main at 1919 East Thomas Road, Phoenix, AZ 85016; Avondale at 1665 North Avondale Boulevard, Avondale, AZ 85392.
  • Certifications / Education / Experience: Current State of Arizona Registered Nurse (RN) license or multistate licensure, current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association, current Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification from the American Heart Association. Two-year Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN), a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN), or Diploma Nursing degree. Experience requirement: 2 full years of nursing experience and 1 year pediatric operating room experience.
  • Schedule: Days shift, 10 hours per shift, minimum of 40 hours per week.
  • Additional Information: The assignment begins on September 14, 2026, and ends on December 13, 2026. Flu vaccination is required from October through April; COVID-19 vaccination is recommended but not mandatory. Masks are required during the respiratory virus season for unvaccinated individuals.
